Hall, The (SSA & piano version)

Commissioned by The Concordia Singers of the Nittany Valley Children's Choir (Lou Ann Shafer, director), The Hall sets Mark A. Boyle's eponymous poem, in which the image of walking down a crowded school hallway serves both as a metaphor for the passage from adolescence to adulthood and as a reminder of the importance of compassion.  Featuring a vivacious and churning piano accompaniment, The Hall makes a highly effective program opener or closer.  Also arranged for SSAA & piano.  SSA & piano.  8.5"x11".  Duration 4'.
